React Native Developer

RotoUnderworld is seeking an experienced React Native developer to assist in new feature development and maintenance of new and existing applications, alike. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a freelance or contract capacity, be able implement designs with high fidelity, can demonstrate competency in modern design trends and user experience techniques, and have a grasp on the latest software design paradigms for both React and React Native.

Necessary Skills & Experiences

• Build out screens and navigation to fulfill user journeys and experiences
• Communicate with APIs for accessing and storing user-specific data
• Work with authentication systems for permission gating and accessing resources via token-based requests
• Utilize animation libraries such as Reanimated 2 to create rich user experiences
• Communicating with Apple and Google in-app purchase systems for allowing users to enhance their application features, as well as third-party payment gateways
• Experience working with web sockets, push notifications, and request polling to create real-time experiences
• Utilize build systems like FastLane to automate build and release tasks for Apple and Google
