After suffering a chest and shoulder injury in week 2, Aiyuk is expected to miss Week 3 on Thursday. He gutted through the injury suffered on his very first catch against the Rams last week, eventually losing snaps toward the end of the game, and finishing with 3 catches for 43 yards.

With Aiyuk out, there is still plenty of targets to go around for the weapons in SF. Deebo Samuel in the one game without Aiyuk went 11-133 on 13 targets. Lock him into your lineup immediately. Same goes for TE George Kittle, who faces the Giants that have allowed 9.5 receptions to TEs this year. Look for him to have a blow up week as well.

As far as Aiyuk, the team keeping him out on a short week gives him more time to recover and should be available for their week 4 matchup against Arizona.
