The Market Movers Report features Dynasty Risers and Fallers in PlayerProfiler’s Dynasty Rankings. The goal is to keep fantasy gamers informed on the ups and downs of player values. This market report covers notable Dynasty Risers and Fallers from Week 9 to Week 11.

Dak Prescott – QB Dallas Cowboys

In the span of a month or so, Dak Prescott has gone from being labeled as bad at football to an MVP candidate. Since Week 5, Prescott has thrown for 1,543 yards and 14 touchdowns with two interceptions. This is quite a contrast from the 1,061 yards, five touchdowns, and four interceptions that he produced from Weeks 1 to 5.

In fantasy football terms, Prescott has been a difference-maker since Week 5. He has finished as QB1 (Week 6 vs. LAC), QB3 (Week 8 vs. LAR),  QB2 (Week 9 vs. PHI),  QB1 (Week 10 vs. NYG),  and QB17 (Week 11 vs. CAR). He has a QBR of 73.9 (No. 2) and an Accuracy Rating of 7.0 (No. 2). Despite the slow start, the Cowboys’ signal-caller is averaging 20.0 FFPG (QB4). The veteran’s dynasty stock gains 15.05 Lifetime Value points to rise to QB12. Kudos to those managers who had the guts to buy low on Dak a few weeks back.

Jahmyr Gibbs – RB Detroit Lions

First-round rookie running back, Jahmyr Gibbs is skyrocketing up PlayerProfiler’s Dynasty Rankings. He gains a massive 77.02 Lifetime Value points to ascend five spots to RB2.

With David Montgomery out of the line-up, Gibbs saw season-high usage in Weeks 7 and 8 (86.7-percent and 71.4-percent, respectively). The rookie RB didn’t disappoint with weekly finishes of RB3 (Week 7 vs. BAL) and RB1 (Week 8 vs. LV). Gibbs returned to a Snap Share of around 60-percent over the past two contests, but his production hasn’t declined. In the last four weeks, he has seen no less than five targets in a single game and accumulated 533 total yards and five scores. Gibbs is a locked and loaded RB1.

Courtland Sutton – WR Denver Broncos

Courtland Sutton has posted double-digit fantasy performances in nine out of 10 games this season. This has worked out to 13.7 FPPG (WR21), which is close to his best season in 2019 when he averaged 13.9 FPPG.

In ten contests, Sutton has 45 receptions (No. 25) on a 22.8-percent Target Share (No. 28) for 499 receiving yards (No. 36). He has not surpassed 100 receiving yards in a single game this season, but has eight touchdowns (No. 2). He’s scored in five straight games. Russell Wilson has looked for Sutton in the red zone in all but one game. Fantasy managers will need to hope this trend continues. The touchdown-dependent 28-year-old jumps up six spots to a ranking of WR37.

T.J. Hockenson – TE Minnesota Vikings

Averaging 15.5 (TE2) FPPG, 26-year-old T.J. Hockenson is having the most productive season of his five-year career. A picture of consistency, Hockenson has finished as a Top-10 TE in nine of 11 games this season. This includes five weekly performances in the Top-5 at the position.

Hockenson hasn’t missed a beat despite losing Kirk Cousins. He has a Target Share of 25.7-percent (No. 1) and leads all TEs with 102 targets. Through 11 games, Hockenson has 75 receptions (No. 1) for 736 receiving yards (No. 1) and four TDs (No. 4). The former Iowa Hawkeye gains 5.53 Lifetime Value points to move into the TE2 spot in dynasty.

Will Levis – QB Tennesse Titans

In Week 8, Will Levis burst onto the scene scoring 26.6 fantasy points for a QB6 finish. That brought excitement to many fantasy managers; however, it’s been a tough go since. Winless over his last three starts, the rookie QB has posted two single-digit fantasy finishes, with his best outing being 12.5 fantasy points in Week 11 (QB20).

In four games played, Levis has averaged 214.3 passing yards per game (No. 35) with six touchdowns (No. 28). He has an Accuracy Rating of 5.4 (No. 35) with a True Completion Percentage of 65.2-percent (No. 34). The 24-year-old loses 14.06 Lifetime Value points and slips two spots to QB19 in the Dynasty Rankings. At the moment, Levis’ advanced stats and metrics don’t scream buy.

Aaron Jones – RB Green Bay Packers

It’s been a forgettable season for Aaron Jones. A hamstring injury derailed what was a strong start to the season (26.7 fantasy points vs. CHI, RB1). He returned to a limited Snap Share posting just one noteworthy performance over a five-game stretch (26.7 fantasy points vs CHI, RB1) until his most recent knee injury.

In seven games played, Jones has 245 rushing yards (No. 49) with only 19 receptions (No. 29) for 169 yards (No. 21). He’s reached the end zone three times (No. 25). Jones loses 17.90 Lifetime Value points and two spots to land at RB24. Dynasty gamers don’t have many options, except to hold until Jones returns to form.

Drake London – WR Atlanta Falcons

Atlanta ranks 21st in passing yards per game with just nine passing touchdowns on the year. Needless to say, this situation has produced underwhelming results for Drake London thus far. A 4.95 (No. 52) Target Quality Rating and 73.3-percent (No. 40) Catchable Target Rate aren’t helping the Falcons’ lack of passing volume.

In nine games, London has 60 targets (No. 40) for 40 catches (No. 35) and 474 receiving yards (No. 39). He’s scored just two TDs (No. 50), with his last red zone visit coming in Week 4. London did post a season-high 125 yards versus the Commanders in Week 6 (his only game over 100 receiving yards this year). However, in the three games following, he has just 145 receiving yards total. Averaging 11.1 (WR40) FPPG, the 22-year-old dips three spots in the ranking to fall to WR19. Believe in the talent; better days are ahead.

Mark Andrews – TE Baltimore Ravens

The 2023 season claims another marquee player to injury. The 28-year-old Mark Andrews suffered a serious leg and ankle injury versus the Bengals in Week 11. Andrews loses 22.36 Lifetime Value points (the most of any TE over the last two weeks) and falls two slots to TE4.

Through 10 games, the Pro Bowl tight end earned a Target Share of 22.2-percent (No. 5) with a solid 2.01 Yards Per Route Run (No. 4). His season will stall at 45 receptions (No. 7) for 544 receiving yards (No. 4) and six scores (No. 1).  Andrews has averaged 13.5 FPPG (TE4). Retooling dynasty teams looking to compete in 2024 may want to explore this buy-low window.
