Rashee Rice and Kadarius Toney have been ruled out for the Chiefs when they face the Chargers in Week 18.

Rashee Rice will not play on Sunday due to a hamstring injury when the Chiefs face the Chargers in the final week of the regular season. Rice, who is having a great rookie campaign will come up 62 yards shy of the 1000 yard mark. Rice finished 2023 as the WR21, he was especially impressive in the last 8 games, in those games, he had 47 receptions for 560 yards and 3 touchdowns, and commanded a 23% target share during that time period.

The Chiefs have also ruled out L’Jarius Sneed and Kadarius Toney for Sunday’s contest as well. These aren’t surprising moves for the Chiefs as they are already locked into the  #3 seed and are playing it safe and allowing their key pieces to have important rest.
