Erick All is a tight end for the Cincinnati Bengals. All's journey to the NFL started in Fairfield, Ohio, where he earned a three-star rating as a tight end. All signed a letter of intent to play for the University of Michigan. His impact was felt immediately as he played in 11 games as a freshman. He suffered a high ankle sprain his junior year and attempted to play through it. He had a back injury that forced him to sit out the entire 2022 season.
