Malik Nabers – WR | New York Giants

Another day, another Nabers training camp highlight. Nabers has been dominating Giants camp, and he will have WR1 usage immediately this season. Giants’ fans have not had a WR like this since Odell Beckham Jr., and like OBJ, Nabers should challenge for Offensive Rookie of the Year honors this season. There has not been a more buzzed-about player so far across all 2024 NFL Training Camp practices.

Chase Brown – RB | Cincinnati Bengals

Brown has flashed early and often at Bengals camp. He has taken the majority of the first team snaps. There has been nothing but positive drumbeats for Brown. Brown is the type of running back that drafters want to bet on. He has unknown upside, pass catching ability, and home run hitting speed. QB Joe Burrow has heavily targeted his running backs in the past, and that is unlikely to change this season. Brown’s ADP is going to rise.

Andrei Iosivas – WR | Cincinnati Bengals

Brown was not the only notable early camp standout on the offensive side of the ball in Cincy. Iosivas, a second-year player out of Princeton, has been the early favorite for the slot WR role—an exciting outcome and opportunity for a player with his athletic ability.

Javon Baker/Ja’Lynn Polk – WR | New England Patriots

Polk and Baker have both earned praise from Patriots beat writers. The two rookies could be on the field for two WR sets early in the season. Baker has explosive big-play ability despite being the lower drafted of the two. Polk could be the more consistent target. Both are strong values at their current ADPs.

Deneric Prince – RB | Kansas City Chiefs

Prince has been running with the second-team offense early on in Kansas City. He looks like an excellent bet to overtake Clyde Edwards-Helaire. While very much an unknown, his profile has many exciting elements. He has elite athleticism (4.41 40) and experience from the practice squad.

Will Shipley – RB | Philadelphia Eagles

Shipley has earned first-team reps early in 2024 NFL Training Camp. The fourth-round draft pick out of Clemson looks like the favorite to be the No. 2 running back behind Saquon Barkley in Philadelphia. Kenny Gainwell is not going away, but Shipley is the better player. Expect him to be a priority late-round handcuff.

Jalen McMillan – WR | Tampa Bay Buccaneers

McMillan has been the talk of Bucs camp and has made play after play. The third-round pick out of Washington may have a larger weekly role than most anticipated. Baker Mayfield has already praised him to the media, calling him “a stud.” Expect McMillan to be on the field a lot this season and fit right into an exciting group of WRs alongside Mike Evans and Chris Godwin

Ladd McConkey – WR | Los Angeles Chargers

McConkey has been an early star on the offensive side of the ball in Chargers camp. He has already developed a connection with Justin Herbert and has led all Chargers WRs in catches. What is even more exciting is his versatility. He has lined up inside, outside, and even in the backfield. The Chargers lead the NFL in vacated targets, and McConkey has a chance to step right in as their leading receiver.

Jameson Williams – WR | Detroit Lions

Could the Jameson Williams breakout finally be happening? OC Ben Johnson praised Williams, and Johnson’s quotes are about as good as possible: “Things are starting to slow down for him….We haven’t seen anything he can’t do.”

Williams has yet to do much during his first two years in the NFL, but this season feels different. This is the first offseason he is fully healthy and without any off-field drama. A breakout season could be in play for the former top 10 draft pick. If Williams takes the next step, this offense could go nuclear.

Stefon Diggs – WR | Houston Texans

Texans beat writer DJ Bien-Aime reported that Stefon Diggs has been the early leader in targets at Texans camp. The Houston offense could go nuclear this season, and drafters want multiple pieces of it. How the WR target share shakes out has been a major offseason fantasy football discussion. The early camp reports suggest that the ADP market may be too low on Diggs’ potential impact. If he gets 85-percent of the same usage he had in Buffalo, then he will pay off at his current price tag. Diggs ended the 2023 season on a down note, but he has the chance at a major turnaround if he gets WR1 treatment.
