Curtis Samuel
Curtis Samuel (Turf Toe) is Considered Week-to-Week

Bills head coach Sean McDermott considers wide receiver Curtis Samuel week-to-week with a turf toe injury.

Not only did coach Sean McDermott label Curtis Samuel as week-to-week, but he also ruled out wide receiver Marquez Valdez-Scantling and quarterback Mitch Trubisky for multiple weeks. Samuel is the biggest blow by far as he signed a three-year $24 million deal to rejoin forces with offensive coordinator Joe Brady. Samuel flourished under Brady when they both were with the Panthers a few years ago.

Samuel is a dynamic dual-threat player who can not only make plays in the receiving game but can also be used out of the backfield as well. In seven seasons Samuel has racked up 317 receptions for 3,383 yards and rushed 121 times for 715 yards while totaling 29 touchdowns. Uniting Samuel with Josh Allen has fantasy managers excited about the possibility of them playing together.

Samuel’s ADP shouldn’t take too much of a hit as long as he returns before Week 1. Regardless, his 136 ADP will fall slightly making him a bargain for the rest of the draft season. Dynasty leaguers may have a slight window to buy low on Samuel with this news as he could provide some much-needed depth for a fantasy championship run. As for Trubisky and Valdez-Scantling, cut bait and don’t look back.
