Dalvin Cook is officially a Dallas Cowboy after taking a visit earlier in the week.  The 29 year old Cook, who spent last season with the Jets and Ravens totaled 214 scoreless yards on 67 carries last year.  Cook adds depth to the Cowboys running back room, which already includes Ezekiel Elliot and Rico Dowdle.  Jerry Jones seems to be very excited about the signing, adding that he expects Cook to learn the system and that he could really help them out this year.

Dalvin Cook has rushed for 6,207 rushing yards, has 1,872 receiving yards and 52 total touchdowns in seven seasons.  It is likely that the best days of his career are behind him, but this is a note worthy signing due to the high octane nature of the Cowboys offense, if he is able to earn the majority of the touches he will be a viable flex option.   Cook should be picked up immediately in 12 team or deeper leagues.
