DeAndre Hopkins looks to build on week 3 performance against a leaky Colts pass defense.
DeAndre Hopkins fantasy managers are looking for him to build on his week 3 performance with Will Levis back at the helm against a Colts pass defense that has allowed 25.4 points per game to the wide receiver position. Week 3 saw Hopkins run a season high in routes with 22(52.4% participation rate) leading to 6 receptions for 73 yards and a touchdown. The Colts have allowed a 100 yard wide receiver to every opponent this year except for the Green Bay Packers, who ran the ball 53 times in week 2 as opposed to only 14 passes.
Hopkins disappointed in week 4 coming off of his season highs, but Levis left the game injured in the first quarter and Mason Rudolph was unable to get any receiving options the ball, instead opting to hand the ball to backs Tyjae Spears and Tony Pollard. Hopkins could easily finish inside the top 24 at the position this week given the performances allowed by the Colts to opposing receivers so far this season.
