Streaming Kickers Week 12 | Top Streaming Options for the Kicker Position in Fantasy Football

by Jared Michelizzi · Waiver Wire

Welcome week 12 of the weekly kicker rankings – the top streaming options at kicker article. Week 12 is upon us and things are heating up. When it comes to season long fantasy we are at the spot in the season where every-single-point counts. Watch the scoreboards in your leagues. It is likely several matches are decided by just a point or two. Tie breakers in the standings can and will be decided by single digit points. All of this is to say we have you covered. This week there are several good kicking options you can pick up on the wavier wire that can put you over the top in your matchup. We have had several successful weeks in a row with the kicker picks, and I love this week’s options! Let’s get into it.

Again, we are focusing on kickers available in at least 40% of yahoo leagues meaning they are likely on the wire in most home leagues and even a large percentage of FFPC leagues.

Kicker Streamers for Week 12

Daniel Carlson (Available 94%) vs. Miami Dolphins

Daniel Carlson’s floor is great. He is such a talented kicker that when he gets the opportunities he can convert from basically anywhere past the 50 yard line. As we get into the winter months, we are also now worried about weather. If you saw the Cleveland, Pittsburgh game on Thursday night, you can see how weather can severely derail a kicker.

Even with the best kicker in the league this year on their roster, the Steelers passed up 40-yard opportunities. Carlson and the other kickers on this list won’t have that problem this week. I also like the high scoring potential with the Dolphins. Carlson is my top pick this week.

Chase McLaughlin (Available 72%) vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Chase McLaughlin has been solid all year. He like Carlson comes in with a great floor but for slightly different reasons. The Buccaneers have been the third highest scoring team in the NFC this year putting up 279 points. They have also given up 269 points, so they tend to be in high scoring, close games. A great recipe for opportunities to continue for McLaughlin throughout the game. They play the dysfunctional Giants this week. Teams have no problem putting up points against them, and McLaughlin should have plenty of opportunities at both field goals and extra points.

John Parker Romo (Available 93%) vs. Chicago Bears

Parker Romo is back for a third week in a row. He was a little shaky last week missing an extra point but still remained perfect on field goals hitting his lone opportunity. I do have some mild concerns he could fall apart, but the kicker for the Vikings has had great opportunities all year and that should continue this week.

The Bears defense can be stout at times which actually should be a good thing for Parker Romo. There is no question the Vikings will be able to move the ball to some success. He is another solid option if the two kickers above are not available.

Good luck in Week 12! If you have any questions, you can find me in the discord where I’m always available to answer any questions or on X!
