Fantasy draft season is upon us, and you know The Podfather has 14 deep sleepers holstered. Here are some players to target in the final rounds of drafts. It’s league domination time.
QUARTERBACK
Teddy Bridgewater
A weak defense in a highly competitive division will drive up pass volume in Carolina.

Gardner Minshew
Like in Carolina, a degraded defense will force Gardner Minshew to throw, throw, throw to an underrated receiving corps led by young alpha D.J. Chark.

Minshew’s top-5 Deep Ball Completion Percentage suggests he is capable of even more prolific passing this season.
RUNNING BACK
Chase Edmonds
Chase Edmonds got one shot at the primary back job last year and was the NO. 1 RUNNING BACK IN FANTASY the week before he sustained a relatively severe hamstring injury.

The Cardinals run a lot of plays, giving Edmonds stand-alone value next to Kenyan Drake, and the upside is astronomical.
Jerick McKinnon
The most athletic running back in the NFL is finally healthy.

Jerick McKinnon is bigger and more versatile than Tevin Coleman and Raheem Mostert. It is only a matter of time before he becomes the primary back for one of the NFL’s premiere running games.
DeAndre Washington
Clyde Edwards-Helaire is tee’d up in Kansas City, but don’t forget about DeAndre Washington. Patrick Mahomes knows Washington well from their time at Texas Tech where he excelled in all phases. Washington even helped fantasy gamers win championships as Oakland’s bell cow late last season.
Damien Harris
Remember when Damien Harris relegated Josh Jacobs at Alabama? He has been working with the first team offense while Sony Michel rehabilitates yet another lower body injury. Harris is showing off reliable hands and explosiveness between the tackles. Wheels up.
Justin Jackson
Austin Ekeler seized the primary back role last season, but don’t forget that Justin Jackson was a dominant college producer with explosive athleticism.

When called up, Jackson has been an efficient runner, and most importantly, a truly dynamic receiver. The Chargers want to run the ball, and Jackson will have a sizable part to play.
WIDE RECEIVER
Parris Campbell
You want wide receivers who break out early, and the Colts play the Jaguars in Week 1. Parris Campbell and his 4.31 wheels should deliver explosive plays out of the slot right away.
Randall Cobb
Like it or not, the Texans gave Randall Cobb $18 million GUARANTEED to be a featured receiver.

Similar to Teddy Bridgewater and Gardner Minshew, Houston’s defense will propel the pass volume and, like it or not, Cobb is the most dependable WR on the team.
Tre’Quan Smith
Tre’Quan Smith is a must-have in every Best Ball draft. Smith offers big play explosiveness, X-receiver size, an impressive college resume, rapport with Drew Brees, and his elite blocking skills will ensure that he is on the field in 3-receiver sets.
Russell Gage
The full-time slot receiver in Atlanta, Russell Gage will be a waking nightmare for Calvin Ridley stans.

Gage is actually more explosive than Ridley, and their production will converge more closely than most fantasy gamers expect.
Justin Watson
Available in the last round of every draft, Justin Watson looks the part of third year breakout wide receiver given his dominant college career and 85th-percentile speed and burst. After posting a 40-percent Slot Rate last season, he is well-positioned to play when Tampa goes 3-wide.
TIGHT END
Ian Thomas
If you miss out on T.J. Hockenson or Dallas Goedert, Ian Thomas is a great consolation prize.

In his two games started in 2019, this size-adjusted athletic beast posted a 98.5-percent Snap Share, 38.5 routes per game and seven targets per game. Recall Carolina is situationally tee’d up for copious pass volume and giddy up!
Blake Jarwin
Dallas let Jason Witten walk for a reason. Blake Jarwin has been a marauder in Cowboys practice, and should parlay his extreme 2019 efficiency into a fantasy windfall with Dak Prescott powering the offense.
