2025 Rookie Rankings: Sleepers to Target
Building a championship team is the name of the game in Dynasty. To do that, you have to dig deep. You have to find the sleepers, the next big stars, to maintain those championship teams. The NFL draft is next month, and there are a few players that many dynasty managers need to keep their eyes on.
In addition, the later rounds in dynasty drafts bring value. Below, we look at running backs and wide receivers who are deep sleepers in 2025.
Jaylin Noel, WR, Iowa State
Jaylin Noel is the definition of a dynasty sleeper. He has emerged recently and is a dynamic playmaker in this year’s 2025 WR class. But many in the Dynasty Fantasy Football circles still don’t mention him enough. Noel was a monster at Iowa State, finishing with 1,194 yards and eight touchdowns with 81 receptions. He had an impressive Combine performance, running a 4.39 40-yard dash, which showcased his explosiveness.
Noel is a typical slot-framed WR. He has incredible deep ball tracking and after-the-catch ability, making him a dynasty darling in 2025. With his speed, day 2 value, and landing on a team with a creative offensive coordinator, Jaylin Noel will be a PPR machine as a rookie.
Isaiah Bond, WR, Texas
Like Jaylin Noel, Isaiah Bond is a small-framed wide receiver with significant upside. Bond transferred to Texas from Alabama and showcased his abilities in a crowded Longhorn receiving corps. He averaged over 15.9 yards per catch in 2024 and scored five touchdowns on 34 receptions. But it’s his speed that makes him stand out. He posted a 4.39 40-yard dash, which is in the 95th percentile.
Bond, who ranks outside the top 20 in dynasty superflex formats, will turn into a WR3 to a WR2 upside as early as 2026. Landing with a team that utilizes his speed on vertical routes and screens will increase his upside tremendously.
Devin Neal, RB, Kansas
Talk about an under-the-radar RB and the ultimate sleeper. Devin Neal was a workhorse in Kansas, with back-to-back 1,000-yard rushing seasons in 2023 and 2024. Ultra smooth, one-cut runner with natural hands out of the backfield, Neal caught 24 passes for 254 yards in 2024. The former Jayhawk has a massive upside in rookie drafts.
Versatility makes Neal stand out and will be an ideal fit for zone-heavy NFL schemes. Do not underestimate Neal in the later rounds. His PPR floor will rival higher-drafted RBs. Consider Devin Neal a steal in the late second rounds of rookie drafts.
Damien Martinez, RB, Miami
Damien Martinez is a running back who should not be flying under the radar in drafts this season. The former Miami Hurricane increased his rushing yards each year in college, even after transferring from Oregon State. In 2024, Martinez ran for 1,002 yards and 10 touchdowns and added 204 receiving yards.
Martinez is a physical back who isn’t necessarily a dynamic pass catcher, which keeps his dynasty stock in the mid-tier range. He will be a lead back in the right system, and a day 3 draft pick will give him RB2 potential in a year.
Jaydon Blue, RB, Texas
Jaydon Blue never finished with 1,000 yards rushing in college, but that doesn’t mean he wasn’t explosive. In 2024, Blue had 730 rushing yards and 14 touchdowns and caught 42 passes for 368 yards. Blue is more petite at just 5-9 and 196 pounds. Dynamite comes in small packages. Blue ran an unofficial 4.28 and 4.25 40-yard dash at his pro day.
Being projected as a day 3 NFL pick, Blue will be a steal in dynasty drafts as a late-round pick. His landing in the right scheme, pass-catching abilities, and speed make Blue a PPR diamond in the rough.
