Jayden Daniels Torches Philly’s Secondary in a BIG Win
Jayden Daniels didn’t exactly look great against the Eagles his first time around, but maybe the tides turn with the rookie at home. Daniels has been on a tear lately, scoring nine total touchdowns across his last three games, chalking up 290+ total yards in two of the three games. The Eagles have allowed 220+ total yards in three of the last four weeks and six passing touchdowns.
The Eagles have a stiff defense, but they are certainly beatable with a good scheme and talented playmakers. Washington has both of those. In the most important game of the Commanders’ season, I think Daniels has 300 total yards and multiple total touchdowns.
Chase Brown has 5th straight game of 100+ Scrimmage Yards
Chase Brown has truly become a diamond in the rough. Now the head of the backfield, Brown has crossed 100 scrimmage yards in four straight games and scored in three straight. He’s dominating touches in an offense that can’t stop scoring. It shouldn’t even matter what the matchup is, though late this season the Browns have been extra leaky against rushers.
Earning over 20 opportunities in five of the last six matchups, there will be plenty of touches to propel Brown to another game of 100+ scrimmage yards and a score.
Mike Evans Stays on Record Pace with 125 Receiving Yards and a Score
Mike Evans got back on his historic track last week with 159 receiving yards and two touchdowns against the Chargers. He has just as good of a matchup this week against the battered and broken Dallas Cowboys. The Boys have been letting big playmaking receivers eat this season, and Evans should be no different.
Not to mention, this will be a homecoming of sorts for Texas-bread Baker Mayfield. With playoffs and historic records well within reach, the Bucs are going to slaughter the Cowboys with another big day from Evans.
Puka Nacua goes off for 115 Yards and a Score
The Jets’ defense has gotten worse by the week, most recently allowing 10 receptions for 105 yards and two touchdowns to Brian Thomas Jr. Nacua is Stafford’s go-to guy, such that he’ll ignore every other read on the field to get him a target. Despite the talent of the Jets’ secondary, the type of force-feeding and schemed targets Nacua will get is a viable way of getting your offense going.
They’ve struggled all year to slow-down players of Nacua’s archetype. In a game the Rams have to win to stay alive, look for Nacua to be the star of the show.
