Dynasty Football Stashes from the Legendary Ball Knower

Legendary Ball Knower is back on the scene. And I’m here to bring you some dynasty stashes for the masses. It’s now April, and the hottest commodity in the fantasy is the 2025 NFL Draft class. It is a part of the yearly cycle where hope springs eternal, rookies have yet to disappoint fantasy managers, and players that have can be acquired at a discount. I have six young players on the end dynasty benches. These players make perfect dynasty stashes ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft.

Trey Benson (RB34) – The Perfect Zero RB Candidate

Trey Benson has more than the requisite athleticism (4.39 40, 96th percentile and 116.3 speed score) to be a factor back in the NFL. He also let fantasy gamers down in 2024, failing to secure touches in the Cardinals’ backfield behind James Connor. In 2025, Benson has a chance to be the best zero RB candidate after a disappointing rookie campaign. An RB69 (nice) finish and 3.6 fantasy points per game. 69 touches, 350 Total yards, one touchdown. Despite his limited opportunity, he recorded 10 explosive plays. Also, he averaged nearly 10 yards per catch, making him a significant threat on each touch.

Benson has the size and speed to be an RB1, he just needs the opportunity.

Many will point to the contract extension of James Conner, suggesting the Arizona Cardinals are committed to him beyond 2025. While Conner played a career-high 16 games in 2025, it’s important to note that the Cardinals have a strategic out option in his contract after the 2025 season. Enter Benson, entering the second year of his contract as a day-two capital running back.  Should James Conner miss time during his age-30 season after a career high in touches (283) and games played (16) in 2024, Benson’s runway will be cleared for takeoff.

Tyjae Spears (RB43) – League-Winning Potential

Tyjae Spears had an explosive end to 2024,  particularly in weeks 15 and 16, when he shined after Tony Pollard ceded the reins.  In week 15, he racked up 27.3 points, compiling 10 touches for 92 yards and two touchdowns. He finished as the RB3 that week and was a fantasy playoff hero. Spears followed up the next week by compiling 14 touches for 66 yards and another two touchdowns in week 16, finishing as RB10. He averaged an impressive 5.5 yards per touch from weeks 15-17. His performances in this stretch were game-changing for many fantasy teams. While Spears suffered an unfortunate concussion that curtailed his momentum, his prowess was evident.

Financially, the Tennessee Titans brass can move on from Pollard with only a $2 million dead cap hit in 2026. This financial maneuverability positions Spears as a key component for the Titans moving forward. That makes him a prime target for fantasy teams looking for an asset that has the talent to emerge with a week-winning ceiling. Currently sitting as the RB43 in our Dynasty Ranks, he’s worth the risk for the potential reward.

Jalen Coker (WR70) – Rising from the Shadows

As the Carolina Panthers build toward the future, Jalen Coker has emerged as a consistent piece in the Panthers’ wide receiver room. Despite fellow rookie and first-round pick Xavier Legette and veterans Diontae Johnson and Adam Thielen being present to start 2025, Coker earned a role in an offense desperately seeking reliable pass-catching options.

Coker was able to establish himself early in the season, becoming a pivotal part of the offense as a slot receiver. He showcased consistency when targeted, earning a passer rating of 108.8 and 2.01 fantasy points per target.

Coker’s versatility came to fruition as the season wore on. With veteran slot receiver Adam Theilen on injured reserve, Coker recorded eight targets against the New York Giants, playing his highest number of snaps on the season from the slot (28). Coker would move outside in week 18 with Theilen in the lineup. He capped off his campaign with a season-high 23 snaps out wide, catching 7-of-7 targets for 62 yards against the Atlanta Falcons in week 18. Coker should excite dynasty managers going into 2025!  The former undrafted free agent is currently the WR70 in our dynasty ranks.

Dontayvion Wicks (WR77) – The Post-Hype Sleeper

Dontayvion Wicks is looking to put a tumultuous 2024 campaign featuring inefficiencies and all-too-common drops behind him. Wicks finds himself increasingly pivotal in the Green Bay Packers’ strategic plans heading into 2025. With key players like Christian Watson and Romeo Doubs entering the final year of their contracts, Wicks has an opportunity to showcase his talents effectively and without interruption. Watson will likely start the 2025 campaign on the mend after tearing his ACL late in the season.

Wicks registered a 29.5 TPRR in 2024 and landed 26th in route win rate (47.9%) in 2024. The market surrounding Wicks may have cooled. But with concerted efforts to integrate him into the offensive scheme, Wicks is primed to be the sleeper you remember to never forget for the 2025 season. His ability to separate effectively and win over the middle of the field will be critical as he continues to build rapport with Jordan Love. Wicks currently sits as the WR77 in our dynasty rankings. That price makes him an affordable acquisition for almost any type of dynasty roster.

Ben Sinnott (TE38) – The Next Breakout You Should’ve Seen Coming

Dynasty managers should cast a watchful eye on Ben Sinnott. Particularly given the looming presence of Zach Ertz in the Washington Commanders’ offense. Sinnott couldn’t outplay Zach Ertz in 2024 as a rookie. However, this situation feels similar to Trey McBride‘s rise to stardom behind Zach Ertz when he was a Cardinal.

Ertz kept Mcbride on the McBench throughout his rookie campaign and returns as a seasoned veteran starter on a one-year deal in 2025, thus remaining the gatekeeper to what will be a Herculean effort of a breakout that appears to be a matter of when, not if.

Ben Sinnott has an elite skillset that screams breakout!

The 6-4, 250-pound Ben Sinnott boasts a remarkable athletic profile, featuring a 98th percentile burst score, a 95th percentile agility score, and a 96th percentile catch radius. For the bargain bin price of TE38 and a deep 2025 tight end class, Sinnott could be a mindless addition to larger trades that can boost the value of your dynasty rosters the moment the runway isn’t blocked by Ertz anymore.
