Below, Tyler Knaeble highlights fantasy running backs to stream in Week 7 fantasy football.

We are here again for another week of Running Back Streamers! A ton of backup RBs had really good performances in Week 6. Hell, the highest scoring RB on the week was Sean Tucker. Enough about Week 6, though,. Let’s dive into who’s going off in Week 7.

Tyler Allgeier, Atlanta Falcons: 48-percent owned

Tyler Allgeier has been a consistent contributor since he came on the scene as a rookie. If you give the guy opportunities, he will perform. Allgeier broke out in Week 6. The third-year back totaled season highs in carries (18), yards (108) and also scored his first touchdown of the season. Allgeier has actually been balling out all season, just on smaller scale. He’s surpassed 4.5 yards per carry in every game but one so far in 2024.

Obviously, Bijan Robinson is still very much the lead guy in this offense. The Falcons have shown a willingness to get Allgeier the ball, however, especially near the goal-line. Allgeier has seven carries inside the 10-yard-line compared to Robinson’s six. We saw what the Falcons game plan was when they went against the Panthers, who have allowed the most rushing yards in the entire league. One can only wonder what the game plan will be against Seattle in Week 7, a team that’s allowed the third-most rushing yards in the league.

We could very well be in for another Tyler Allgeier masterclass.

Ray Davis, Buffalo Bills: 16-percent owned

I don’t think there is a single player I was more in on from the 2024 rookie class than Ray Davis. He took a while to find his groove and get on the field, but with James Cook out, Davis certainly made good on the opportunity he was given. He took 23 total touches for 152 total yards against the Jets on Monday Night Football. If there was any question who is the No. 2 RB in Buffalo behind Cook, we have our answer.

With Cook still questionable for Week 7 against the Titans, Davis is a must-roster player. Even though the Titans defense ranks near the top in points and yards allowed to RBs, the Bills offense has been firing on all cylinders to start the season. If Cook can’t go, Davis needs to be in your lineup no matter what.

Jonathon Brooks, Carolina Panthers, 59 percent owned

Jonathon Brooks was the first running back off the board in the NFL Draft even while coming off an ACL injury. That should tell you something about how good he is. Brooks has yet to make his rookie debut yet, but I have a feeling he could come on strong late in the season and lead managers to fantasy championships.

I’m not saying that you should start him the first game he’s active. The Panthers have shown they are going to be  cautious when it comes to their rookie running back, but I do think Brooks is a guy you try to acquire if you are a contending team, on the fringe of making the playoffs. Go take advantage of the manager who still has Brooks in their IR slot, who’s 1-5 or 2-4 and needs wins now. Sell them the dream of a Jaylen Warren or a Tank Bigsby, someone who can score points for them right now.

We have seen what Chuba Hubbard has been able to do as the lead guy, despite the Panthers being awful. Since Andy Dalton was named the starter, Hubbard is the RB2 behind only Derrick Henry! Don’t get me wrong: Hubbard is a very good player, but the upside of what Brooks can be in this offense could be another level higher! Go trade for Brooks now before it’s announced he’s coming back.
