Round 1
1.01 Chicago Bears (via CAR) – Caleb Williams QB, USC
Mock 4.0 Pick: Caleb Williams QB, USC
Caleb Williams going first is a done deal. Some books have his odds as the 1.01 at -20000. The Caleb Williams era in Chicago begins.
1.02 Washington Commanders – Jayden Daniels QB, LSU
Mock 4.0: Jayden Daniels QB, LSU
The reigning Heisman Trophy winner has been on an elevator ride throughout the process and the final stop is the second pick in the draft.
1.03 New England Patriots – Drake Maye QB, UNC
Mock 4.0 Pick: J.J. McCarthy QB, Michigan
It’s clear that the Patriots are selecting a QB at this point but which one is still a mystery. After meeting with the top five quarterbacks in the class the word is Daniels or Maye. The draft starts at pick three.
1.04 Arizona Cardinals – Marvin Harrison Jr. WR, Ohio State
Mock 4.0 Pick: Malik Nabers WR, LSU
Marvin Harrison Jr. has only made two 30 visits. Chicago and Arizona. The Cards get Kyler Murray a very talented wide receiver.
**TRADE** 1.05 Minnesota Vikings (via LAC) – J.J. McCarthy QB, Michigan
Mock 4.0 Pick: Drake Maye QB, UNC
Acquires pick 5 for picks 11 and 23
J.J. McCarthy is a great fit with the Minnesota Vikings. The quarterback is a proven winner with the skills to be a starting quarterback in the NFL.
Whether he starts day one or sits a year will be Kevin O’Connell’s choice.
1.06 New York Giants – Malik Nabers WR, LSU
Mock 4.0 Pick: Brian Thomas WR, LSU
The Giants are in the market for a quarterback but will pivot to the next wide receiver on their board, Malik Nabers. Nabers is a master separator and that is exactly what Brian Daboll is looking for.
1.07 Tennessee Titans – Joe Alt OT, Notre Dame
Mock 4.0 Pick: Joe Alt OT, Notre Dame
Tennessee used cap equity to upgrade the wide receiver room. Now it’s time to bring in the franchise left tackle. Joe Alt is a top three player in this class according to my big board, and the Callahan’s are going to love this mountain.
**TRADE** 1.08 Indianapolis Colts (via ATL) – Rome Odunze WR, Washington
Mock 4.0 Pick: Xavier Worthy WR, Texas
Acquires picks 8 and 143 for picks 15 and 46
Chris Ballard continues to express the importance of surrounding Anthony Richardson with weapons. Moving up the draft board to take Rome Odunze gives Richardson his best wide receiver yet.
1.09 Chicago Bears – Brock Bowers TE, Georgia
Mock 4.0 Pick: Rome Odunze WR, Washington
Brock Bowers has been flying under the radar a bit this draft season. Chicago is one of the few teams that visited with Bowers. The Bears add the best quarterback and the best tight end in the NFL Draft class.
1.10 New York Jets – Troy Fautanu OL, Washington
Mock 4.0 Pick: Troy Fautanu OL, Washington
Troy Fautanu proved that he has the athleticism to play tackle at the NFL Combine. But his ability to thrive on the inside is why the Jets make him the second offensive linemen off the board in the NFL Draft.
**TRADE** 1.11 Los Angeles Chargers (via MIN) – JC Latham OL, Alabama
Mock 4.0 Pick: JC Latham OL, Alabama
Acquires picks 11 & 23 for pick 5
All offseason Jim Harbaugh and his team has preached the importance of the offensive line, and he continues to build a fortress around Justin Herbert. JC Latham is big, tough and can play multiple positions in the trenches.
1.12 Denver Broncos – Dallas Turner ED, Alabama
Mock 4.0 Pick: Bo Nix QB, Oregon
Denver needs a quarterback but decides to take the best player available approach and select Dallas Turner.
Turner was a double-digit sack player at Alabama, and the Broncos are smart to add him to their roster.
1.13 Las Vegas Raiders – Michael Penix Jr. QB, Washington
Mock 4.0 Pick: Michael Penix Jr. QB, Washington
The Raiders are looking to win some ball games in 2024. Michael Penix Jr. brings one of the best arms in the class and a chance for Vegas to find their next franchise quarterback.
**TRADE** 1.14 Philadelphia Eagles (via NO) – Terrion Arnold CB, Alabama
Mock 4.0 Pick: Kool-Aid McKinstry CB, Alabama
Acquires picks 14 & 170 for picks 22 & 53
The Eagles are in need of some juice in their secondary, and they move up to get Terrion Arnold. Arnold brings leadership and big-time play making ability aka JUICE!
**TRADE** 1.15 Atlanta Falcons (via IND) – Quinyon Mitchell CB, Toledo
Mock 4.0 Pick: Quinyon Mitchell CB, Toledo
Acquires picks 15 and 46 for picks 8 and 143
Quinyon Mitchell is my top-rated cornerback, so Raheem Morris is excited to get additional draft capital and select the player he would have at 8.
1.16 Seattle Seahawks – Byron Murphy II DL, Texas
Mock 4.0 Pick: Chop Robinson ED, Penn State
New HC, Mike McDonald is looking to establish a new culture on defense. McDonald believes in creating a “run wall” and getting Byron Murphy at sixteen is the bullseye pick.
1.17 Jacksonville Jaguars – Nate Wiggins CB, Clemson
Mock 4.0 Pick: Terrion Arnold CB, Alabama
Jacksonville franchised extended Josh Allen but released their best corner, Darious Williams. It is no secret that the Jaguars are on the prowl for a CB 1. Nate Wiggins offers elite speed, and the Jaguars do not let him fall past 17.
1.18 Cincinnati Bengals – Taliese Fuaga OL, Oregon State
Mock 4.0 Pick: Byron Murphy II DL, Texas
The Bengals have scheduled multiple 30 visits with marquee offensive linemen. Fuaga is tough, polished and ready to help the o-line immediately. Whether it be as a guard or tackle Fuaga, helps Cincinnati from day one.
1.19 Los Angeles Rams – Olu Fashanu OT, Penn State
Mock 4.0 Pick: Olu Fashanu OT, Penn State
Sean McVay makes his FIRST round one selection of his career in Los Angeles.
The Rams offensive line is getting long in the tooth and could use an injection of youth. Fashanu looks that part and brings the kind of upside that would make the 19th selection one of the greatest in the 2024 NFL Draft.
1.20 Pittsburgh Steelers – Zach Frazier C, West Virginia
Mock 4.0 Pick: Brock Bowers TE, Georgia
Pittsburgh wants to get tougher in the trenches, and they select the one of the toughest players in the class. Zach Frazier has been a very good player in college and has that wrestling background that the Steelers LOVE.
**TRADE** 1.21 Arizona Cardinals (via MIA) – Xavier Worthy WR, Texas
Mock 4.0 Pick: Graham Barton OL, Duke
Acquires pick 21 for picks 27, 71 & 104
Monti Ossenfort has been courting A LOT of wide receivers, and it was because they weren’t just taking one in the first round. Pairing Xavier Worthy‘s speed with Harrison Jr’s alpha abilities is an absolute gift for Kyler Murray.
**TRADE** 1.22 New Orleans Saints (via PHI) – Jared Verse ED, Florida State
Mock 4.0 Pick: Laiatu Latu ED, UCLA
Acquires picks 22 & 53 for picks 14 & 170
New Orleans moves back and still gets a very good player that will help this team right away. Jared Verse has been a sack machine and is exactly what the Saints are looking to add via the NFL Draft.
1.23 Los Angeles Chargers (via MIN/HST/CLV) – Laiatu Latu ED, UCLA
Mock 4.0 Pick: Braden Fiske DL, Florida State
Acquires picks 11 & 23 for pick 5
New GM, Joe Hortiz comes from the Ravens front office, and they have traditionally gone with the PBA tactic. Laiatu Latu is the best player on the board, and the Chargers keep him in LA.
1.24 Dallas Cowboys – Graham Barton OL, Duke
Mock 4.0 Pick: Taliese Fuaga OT, Oregon State
Graham Barton has helium right now. So much so that he may not be available for the Cowboys to pick at No. 24. But in Mock 5.0 he is, and Dallas is very excited to pick a talented player that can play all five positions on the o-line.
1.25 Green Bay Packers – Johnny Newton DT, Illinois
Mock 4.0 Pick: Johnny Newton DT, Illinois
Green Bay has not been shy selecting defensive players with their first-round picks. They do it again in 2024 taking a true disruptor in Newton. Newton is no stranger to making tackles in the backfield and brings yet another very talented player to Lambeau.
1.26 Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Kool-Aid McKinstry CB, Alabama
Mock 4.0 Pick: Dallas Turner ED, Alabama
Kool-Aid McKinstry is a Todd Bowles kind of player if I have ever seen one. The Bucs do not hesitate to select a press coverage corner that can anchor the secondary for many years to come.
**TRADE** 1.27 Miami Dolphins (via ARZ/HST) – Tyler Guyton OT, Oklahoma
Mock 4.0 Pick: Jared Verse ED, Florida State
Acquires picks 27, 71 & 104 for pick 21

Mock 4.0 Pick: N/A
Acquires picks 28 & 2025 3rd for picks 36 & 40
Washington has been heavily rumored to be looking to move back into Round 1 to ensure they get a tackle.
Amarius Mims has the potential to be a foundational piece to the Commanders rebuild. Buffalo fans lose their mind that they passed on a WR.
**TRADE** 1.29 Carolina Panthers (via DET) – Brian Thomas Jr. WR, LSU
Mock 4.0 Pick: N/A
Acquires pick 29 for picks 33 & 101
Carolina cannot believe that Brian Thomas Jr. has fallen to this point, and they pounce. They move ahead of a few WR needy teams to get their guy. Thomas immediately becomes the alpha in this offense, and the Mike Evans for Dave Canales.
1.30 Baltimore Ravens – Jordan Morgan OL, Arizona
Mock 4.0 Pick: Jordan Morgan OL, Arizona
Baltimore has been fairly open about their interest in Jordan Morgan. Morgan played left tackle at Arizona but has the ability to slide to the inside if that is what the Ravens need him to do.
1.31 San Francisco 49ers – Darius Robinson DL, Missouri
Mock 4.0 Pick: Nate Wiggins CB, Clemson
Darius Robinson can play on the inside or the edge of the defensive line. The Niners continue to build their defense since the offensive line group has been depleted.
1.32 Kansas City Chiefs – Kingsley Suamataia OL, BYU
Mock 4.0 Pick: Cooper DeJean
Kansas City sends out a shocker to end Round 1. Kingsley Suamataia isn’t considered a lock for the first round, but the Chiefs cannot let it ride for another round. Suamataia is a former five-star offensive line prospect that has a ceiling that KC can tap into.
Round 2
