And with the preseason truly beginning, many leagues across all fantasy apps have begun their draft process. So, to best prepare you heading into fantasy drafts, here are my favorite players from each round in Underdog Fantasy Football drafts!

(1 round = 12 ADP)

PlayerProfiler is home to award winning best ball rankings and tools. Our Player Rankings are second to none, and the World Famous Draft Kit contains detailed player write ups and cheat sheets to help You dominate fantasy drafts! Check it out.

Round 1: Tyreek Hill | ADP – 3.0

Tyreek Hill was the fantasy WR2 in 2023 after going for 1,799 receiving yards, leading the league and becoming the first player in NFL history with back-to-back 1,700 yards seasons. In 2024, he is ranked No. 3 on Underdog as the WR2, and he should be just as productive. Tua Tagovailoa inked a 4-year deal to stay with the Dolphins. With Mike McDaniel at head coach, Hill should continue to gain league-leading receiving yards and TD numbers.

Round 2: Marvin Harrison Jr. | ADP – 13.5

I cannot help but think Marvin Harrison Jr. will become one of the best WRs in the league out of the gate. Harrison Jr, the 2023 Biletnikoff winner, is the best WR prospect I’ve ever scouted.

I gave him a future All-Pro grade on my 2024 NFL Draft Board. And over the last four years, Justin Jefferson, Ja’Marr Chase, Garrett Wilson, and Puka Nacua have all been integral rookie WRs who have helped teams win fantasy leagues. Even though he’s surrounded in a round filled with WR talent, I think Harrison Jr. will dominate in the NFC West.

Round 3: Derrick Henry | ADP – 29.7

Derrick Henry should continue to be a premiere fantasy RB in 2024 after signing a 2-year deal with the Ravens this offseason. Henry in 2023 had the No. 2 most rushing yards (1,167) on 4.2 yards per carry with a depleted Titans o-line.

This year, he should continue to be an extremely productive RB with the Ravens who were No. 1 in rushing yards (2,661) and No. 4 in rushing TDs in 2023. Additionally, the Ravens scored the most red-zone TDs in the NFL last season.

Round 4: Josh Allen | ADP – 37.7

Josh Allen is the most guaranteed player in fantasy. Since 2020, Allen has scored 400 points every year and finished as the QB1 in three out of four years. In 2024, the Bills WR group shifted when Stefon Diggs was traded to the Texans and Gabe Davis signed a 3-year deal with the Jaguars. The Bills won’t be able to replace Diggs. However, they have added Curtis Samuel and Keon Coleman. I believe Allen’s production won’t be majorly affected as his ground production will be elite. Additionally, he will likely throw for 4,000 yards and 29+ TDs, which he has done for the last four years

Round 5: Keenan Allen | ADP – 54.7

Keenan Allen may be written off by some in 2024 due to his age at 32. Additionally, he is in a stacked Bears WR room. However, Allen is coming off one of his best seasons where he was targeted 150 times, produced 1,243 yards receiving yards, and had a 32 percent target share (No. 3). Even though his competition is D.J. Moore and Rome Odunze, I still believe Allen will go for 1,000 yards. He will also be a key chain mover and red-zone option for rookie Caleb Williams

Round 6: Rachaad White | ADP – 62.9

White, in my opinion, is a high-end RB2 in fantasy but is ranked as Underdog’s RB15. In 2023, he had 272 rushing attempts, 64 receptions, and scored nine total TDs to finish as the RB7 in 0.5 PPR leagues. In 2024, his only competition for backfield opportunities will be rookie Bucky Irving.

White is an RB with little competition who gets a ton of carries and a lot of receiving volume. White is a perfect mid-round selection.

Round 7 – Kyler Murray | ADP – 77.0

After returning from his ACL tear in 2022, Kyler Murray averaged 18.9 fantasy points per game (No. 8 if he was qualified) in eight games in 2023. The Cardinals, who finished No. 4 in rushing yards (2,365) in 2023, added offensive weapons like Marvin Harrison Jr. and Trey Benson in the 2024 NFL Draft. Now one year removed from his ACL tear, Kyler should continue his production from 2023 and potentially regain his dominant rushing production.

Round 8: Jaylen Warren | ADP – 86.6

Warren had a phenomenal breakout campaign as the Steelers RB2, rushing for 784 yards on 5.3 yards per carry with four TDs and 61 receptions. In 2023, Warren had a 49.1 percent snap share even with Najee Harris as the starter. Additionally, he had a 43.1 percent opportunity share within the Steelers offense. As an efficient RB with receiving upside, the only thing capping Warren’s ceiling is Harris. However, Warren might out-produce him within an Arthur Smith zone-run scheme.

Round 9 – Jordan Love | ADP – 97.1

In Love’s first year starting, he threw for 4,159 yards (No. 7), 32 TDs (No. 2), and scored the No. 5 most fantasy points per game (19.4). Love is also entering 2024 tied for the highest-paid player in NFL history with a 4-year 220-million-dollar contract.

As 2023’s fantasy QB5, Love should recreate his 2023 production with the Packers young but talented offense that signed Josh Jacobs this offseason.

Round 10: Khalil Shakir | ADP – 110.9

Khalil Shakir has been the player I have talked about the most this offseason. He is not only one of my breakout candidates in 2024, but I think he is being undervalued in fantasy rankings. Shakir had 611 receiving yards in 2023. But, he finished No. 1 in passer rating when targeted (133.6) and No. 1 in yards per target (13.6). I believe he will become the WR1 of the Bills offense and gain over 1,000 yards in 2024.

Round 11 – Jared Goff | ADP – 125.4

Goff is coming off a career year with the Lions. He finished with 30 passing TDs (No. 4), 4,575 passing yards (No. 2), and helped lead the Lions to the NFC Championship. Even though he was the QB10 in 2022 and QB7 in 2023, Goff is ranked as QB16 Underdog Fantasy Football drafts. The Lions, who finished No. 3 in offensive yards per game (394.8) in 2023, managed to retain OC Ben Johnson. Also, their young offense should only improve. Goff should thrive yet again in 2024 with a highly productive Lions offense.

Round 12: Rico Dowdle | ADP – 134.9

I believe that Rico Dowdle will eventually separate himself as the Cowboys RB1 in 2024. In 2023, behind Tony Pollard, Dowdle rushed for 361 yards on 89 carries and scored four total TDs. The Cowboys current RB1 is Ezekiel Elliott.

Elliott is 29 years old, inefficient (3.5 yards per carry), and has lost significant explosiveness. Dowdle, who is having a phenomenal training camp, should get the majority of carries and targets by the mid-season mark.

Round 13: Luke Musgrave | ADP – 147.1

In his first 10 games as a rookie, Musgrave had 33 receptions, 341 yards, and 1 TD before lacerating his kidney in Week 11. Over a full season, Musgrave likely would have had over 500 yards. In 2024, I believe Musgrave will be a breakout candidate at the TE position. Not only is he on a Packers offense that should continue to thrive, but he is great after the catch and provides 6-6 size for red-zone opportunities.

Round 14: Wan’Dale Robinson | ADP – 167.2

Robinson in 2023, after returning from an ACL tear in 2022, caught 60 receptions for 525 yards scoring one TD. Though he finished No. 54 in half-PPR leagues in 2023, he is ranked as Underdogs WR74 in 2024. Currently, he is the WR2 on the Giants depth chart and is having a strong training camp.

Robinson should get similar, if not more passing volume this year with Daniel Jones returning as the starter.

Round 15: Jalen McMillan | ADP – 174.7

After McMillan was drafted by the Buccaneers in the third round, I didn’t believe he would see much opportunity in 2024 without a stellar training camp. I liked his film and route-running prowess from 2022-2023. However, the Bucs seldom ran three WR sets in 2023.

However, McMillan has thrived in training camp. He is challenging Trey Palmer for the WR3 spot and continues to rise in fantasy rankings. If he is an opening-day starter, he would be a steal in the 15th round of Underdog Fantasy Football drafts.

Round 16: Malachi Corley | ADP – 187.0

With Mike Williams starting 2024 on the PUP list, rookie WR Malachi Corley will likely see meaningful snaps early in 2024. Corley at Western Kentucky was a very interesting prospect, after being No. 1 in FBS screen yards (330). He also had 984 receiving yards on an average depth of target of 5.5 yards, making his draft profile similar to Deebo Samuel. Corley will be used primarily on gadget plays and screens, and his production will rely on his after-the-catch production.

Round 17: Javon Baker | ADP – 200.0

Javon Baker in 2023 at UCF caught 52 catches for 1,139 yards for 7 TDs, while being No. 3 in 20+ yard receptions (15). Baker, drafted to the Patriots in the fourth round, has been a standout in training camp, receiving high praise from teammates and media analysts. In Underdog Fantasy Football drafts, he is being selected as the WR87. Baker could be an excellent grab in the late rounds if he becomes a starter.

Round 18: Dylan Laube | ADP – 211.9

Rookie RB Dylan Laube is currently the RB3 on the Raiders depth chart. He is only projected 38 points in Underdog Fantasy Football. However, Laube is an underrated back from New Hampshire who caught 68 receptions for 699 yards in 2023.

I also believe the Raiders, headlined by Alexander Mattison and Zamir White, will be a RB by committee. Laube will be used as their third down back under new OC Luke Getsy.

Conclusion
