Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison will appear in court on October 7th for his DUI arrest this offseason on July 12.  Addison had one of the better rookie seasons last year, finishing with 70 catches for 911 yards and 10 touchdowns finishing as a WR 2 in fantasy.  With the court date to be in middle of the season it would appear he most likely won’t receive any in season suspensions.  After the dust settles from the legal standpoint, the NFL will take their actions.  He may face suspension next year pending how the legal system goes.

With the news of the charges, it may lower his ADP.  Some owners could be afraid of drafting him, making his slide for redraft a perfect time to pick him up.  He should be available for all games this season, but next season he could face some suspension time.
