The New Orleans Saints have their work cut out for them to get under the salary cap.  Per OvertheCap they are currently over by $54-million.  They will look to restructure and cut players to get under the salary cap.  The Saints sound like they will be releasing their Swiss Army knife in Taysom Hill.  The man can do it all, but coming off a season-ending injury in 2024, he will likely be a post-June cut to save the Saints $10 million this season.  Hill is currently set to count for $18 million against the salary cap in 2025.

For fantasy, Taysom Hill is a player to look out for if he lands in a strong spot.  He does have an uphill battle due to his season-ending injury, age, and a strong tight end class coming in.  Hill is a special player so it’ll be smart for fantasy gamers to see where he lands.
