T.J. Tampa
T.J. Tampa Has Been Drafted To The Ravens With The Number 130th Pick In The Draft.

One of the top remaining cornerbacks in the draft has been selected by the Ravens in the 4th round.

T.J. Tampa didn’t make it as a Day 1 but shouldn’t be overlooked as a player who can develop into a starting cornerback.
The Iowa State Prospect is long, physical, and excels in press coverage. Tampa’s 4.58 40-yard dash at his pro day highlighted his lack of elite speed, but what Tampa lacks in speed he makes up in height and arm length.

With the 130th pick in the draft, Tampa is officially a Baltimore Raven. His learning curve from College to the NFL will be a huge transition for him especially playing in a division as tough as the AFC North.

It was a bit surprising forĀ  Tampa to be on the board at the end of the 4th round, not only for him but also for the majority of viewers watching the NFL draft. Tampa joins the Baltimore Ravens with a chip on his shoulder after being passed up by virtually every team in the draft. He comes over to a hungry Baltimore Ravens team that is looking to make a deep playoff run. he immediately slots in behind Marlon Humphrey as the CB2 on the roster and will look to be a starter come week 1 of the NFL season.
