Los Angeles Rams Wide Receiver Demarcus Robinson was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Los Angeles Rams wide reciever Demarcus Robinson was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. California Highway Patrol observed Robinson driving in excess of 100 mph on the highway. After pulling him over they observed signs and symptoms of alcohol impairment. He was cited and released.
This is obviously not an ideal situation for Robinson or the Rams. Robinson has been relegated to WR3 with the return of Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua. Cooper and Nacua combined for 70% of the target share over the last two weeks. Robinson is not a viable option in fantasy unless you have a real deep league. The DUI does not help Robinson earn more playing time.

According to head coach Sean McVay, Los Angeles Rams wide ...
Demarcus Robinson stock is up while Malachi Corley has seen a dip on UnderDog.
Jets rookie wide receiver Malachi Corley has fallen 5.9 spots on UnderDog since late June. The 3rd round pick is best comparable to Curtis Samuel and can be drafted now in the 15th round. Aaron Rodgers has a history of freezing out rookie players and zeroing in on his favorite targets. This can create a feast or famine atmosphere for players attached to the 4-time MVP and future Hall of Famer.
Drafters are opting to click on the Rams Demarcus Robinson instead as Robinson has leapt up draft boards 7.8 spots in the same time frame as Corley’s drop and can be drafted 172 overall, 3 spots ahead of Corley. The sentiment being carried out is that drafters feel more confident in what could be the third option on a prolific and progressive offense that is led by Sean McVay versus selecting the Jets third wide receiver behind Garrett Wilson and Mike Williams. Additionally, the week 17 Cardinals at Rams matchup is enticing.
Consider letting Malachi Corley fall further in drafts while giving some differentiated consideration in selecting Corley in builds that correlate towards the Jets-Bills matchup in week 17. Meanwhile, continue clicking on Demarcus Robinson both at ADP and in correlated builds.
Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp is set to miss a significant amount of time with a hamstring injury.
Cooper Kupp left practice early on Tuesday, August 1st, and promptly underwent an MRI. Kupp is expected to be sidelined for a couple weeks. The Rams do believe that he could return to “scrimmage” later this month, but don’t expect to see last year’s WR1 in points per game during the preseason. Kupp’s Week 1 status is not thought to be in jeopardy.
With Kupp sidelined we’ll see an open competition between Ben Skowronek, Tutu Atwell, rookie Puka Nacua, Tyler Johnson, DeMarcus Robinson, and last preseason’s hero Lance McCutcheon will vie for snaps alongside starter Van Jefferson.
