Jaylen Warren is a running back for the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was an undrafted free agent that was picked up by the steelers following the 2022 NFL Draft. There was some buzz out of camp that Warren was impressing coaching and onlookers at practices regularly. He eclipsed a 50% snap share only once his rookie season, but bigger things would be in store for his second year. He hit that 50% snap share eight times his second season. He appeared much more explosive at times compared to running mate Najee Harris. His ability to catch passes was utilized heavily by the team and he would go on to catch 62 receptions in 2023.
The Steelers have moved on from Kenny Pickett and have replaced him with Russell Wilson. Arthur Smith comes in as the new offensive coordinator, replacing Matt Canada. Warren projects to continue to produce at a modest rate, and in a pinch he could replace Najee Harris if he were to miss any time.
