Drafters are once again ready to be hurt again and are buying into Jerry Jeudy as a 5th year breakout.
Jerry Jeudy has risen 4 spots in ADP on UnderDog since July 9th. The new Cleveland Browns wide receiver is being drafted at the 10-11 turn. Heading into his 5th year on his second team, Jeudy did well this offseason in getting a 3-year $52 million contract in free agency.
With Amari Cooper wanting a new contract and the uncertainty that hangs over the Browns organization since Deshaun Watson signed, drafters are once again telling themselves a story to how Jeudy can pay off at WR-61 pricing on UnderDog. Jeudy is also an excellent selection for drafters looking to correlate the week 17 matchup against the Miami Dolphins. With steep investments of Tyreek Hill, Jaylen Waddle, and De’Von Achane, having Jerry Jeudy to click at the 10-11 turn is palatable and alluring.
Overall, continue to click Jerry Jeudy where he goes as failure at the current price point won’t sink your teams with the upside well worth adding him to your best ball squads. Expect things to smooth over between Amari Cooper and the Browns which will keep Jerry Jeudy’s price in check.

The Denver Broncos are trading WR Jerry Jeudy to the Cleveland Browns for a 2024 5th and a 2024 6th round pick
The Denver Broncos are trading WR Jerry Jeudy to the Cleveland Browns for a 2024 5th and a 2024 6th round pick. With the move the Broncos get a couple later picks in a deep class, but more importantly they are saving almost 13 million in cap money. Jeudy played 16 games for the Broncos in 2023, recording 54 receptions for 758 yards and 2 touchdowns. Expectations were high after a good 2022 where Jeudy almost hit the 1000 yard receiving mark. Whether it was injuries, poor quarterback play, or lack of motivation, things never seemed to have fallen into place for Jeudy in Denver.
Jeudy, now gets a fresh start in Cleveland to play in an already crowded wide receiver room that features Amari Cooper, Elijah Moore and Cedric Tillman. Jeudy adds a deep target threat for Deshaun Watson and should slot into the #2 wide receiver role alongside Cooper.
All signs are pointing up for Marvin Mims as he should take on a bigger role this year. The Broncos traded up to the 2nd round in last years draft to nab the young speedster. Mims in his minimal role last season showed some flashes and will be more a focal point of the Broncos offense moving into 2024.
Jerry Jeudy will make his season debut after suffering a hamstring injury in the pre-season.
Jerry Jeudy suffered a hamstring injury in the pre-season and has worked his way back. He will take the field for the first time this season in Week 2 as the Denver Broncos host the Washington Commanders. Jeudy did not see action as the Broncos dropped their opener to the Las Vegas Raiders.
Jeudy is officially listed as “questionable” but Broncos Head Coach Sean Payton said “Jerry Jeudy is playing”, according to Broncos beat writer Mike Klis, via Twitter.
Jeudy was the Broncos 2nd most targeted receiver in 2022 and should return to that role with Courtland Sutton the primary weapon. Jeudy should be a solid flex option in Week 2. Expectations for wide receivers Marvin Mims and Lil’Jordan Humphrey should remain low. TE Adam Trautman, stepping up for the injured Greg Dulcich, should be a low-end TE target.
Denver Broncos wide receiver Jerry Jeudy suffered an apparent hamstring injury during a joint practice session with the Los Angeles Rams.
Potentially repeating a theme of losing games due to injury, Jerry Jeudy suffered a leg injury during a pre-season practice session. According to Broncos beat writer, Mike Klis, Jeudy “pulled up” while running and grabbed the back of his leg. He was helped off of the field and had to have teammates assist him onto the cart, according to observers. The Broncos were hosting a joint practice with the L.A. Rams at their facility in Englewood, Colorado.
Broncos coach Sean Payton confirmed to reporters that Jeudy injured his hamstring and advised Jeudy would have an MRI to diagnose the damage. “Hopefully it’s not anything long-term,” said Payton. A grade II or grade III strain could mean Jeudy misses 6-8 weeks, and a tear that requires surgery would jeopardize the entire season.
Jeudy missed 6 games in 2021 with a high ankle sprain and 2 games in 2022 with another ankle injury. Any time missed would mark three seasons in a row that Jeudy was not able to play a full season.
If Jeudy does miss time, Courtland Sutton would become the primary receiving target in Denver. Rookie wider receiver Marvin Mims would also be elevated in proposed target share and would have the first chance to become Jeudy’s positional replacement.
