Keilan Robinson is a running back for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Robinson's football career started in high school where he was a four star running back. He was a highly sought after recruit and he would eventually choose the Crimson Tide as his college. Robinson was active as a freshman, playing as a back up running back. He would choose to sit out 2020 during the Covid pandemic, and elected to transfer to the University of Texas. At Texas, he continued to play as a back up running back, but he began returning kicks, which would be what he was known for going into the draft. Robinson was honorable mention for the Big 12 special teams player of the year award, and he earned an invite to the Combine. He was drafted by the Jaguars where he projects to split time as the back up with Tank Bigsby. He will likely be utilized on return duties as well.
