The Baltimore Ravens have drafted Clemson corner back Nate Wiggins with the 30th pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.
Nate Wiggins is a junior cornerback from the Clemson Tigers, who started for two seasons earning First Team All-ACC last season. Wiggins has elite speed (4.28 forty yard dash) to make up for his slight frame of 6’1 feet tall and 173 pounds. Wiggins has sneaky return ability with 2 career interceptions returned for touchdowns.
Nate Wiggins joins a Ravens defense who will welcome him to help inflict defensive carnage that Baltimore is known for. Wiggins will likely become the top cover corner for the Ravens as Marlon Humphrey has lost a step. Wiggins light frame will hinder him in any run support role. Look for him add some weight and keep that high end speed to make him a top tier cornerback in the near future.
