Parker Washington was a four-star prospect by 247Sports and Rivals and joined Penn State as a member of their 2020 recruiting class. Washington would become a pivotal member of the team as a true freshman, finishing second on the team in receptions (36), receiving yards (489), and receiving touchdowns (6) behind 2022 first-round pick Jahan Dotson.
Again in 2021, Washington finished second on the team in receiving (64-820-4) behind Dotson. In the Big-10 conference, that was the sixth-most receptions and ninth-most receiving yards. Washington missed a few games due to injury in 2022, but was the leading receiver for Penn State. He finishes his career top-15 in career receptions (146), receiving yards (1920), and receiving touchdowns (12) in Penn State program history.
