Clifford is a double major at Penn State, while being a finalist for the Jason Witten Collegiate Man of the Year Award. Clifford completed 5 seasons at Penn State while the likes of Drew Aller and WIll Levis attempting to supplant him.
While leading the Nittany Lions to their first Rose Bowl win since 1995, Clifford earned his 32nd career win in that game against Utah, allowing him to pass Trace McSorley(31) for most wins in school history.
