Tyler Hudson was a three-star recruit who joined Central Arkansas as a member of their 2019 recruiting class. From day one, Hudson dominated the collegiate competition he faced while at Central Arkansas. As a freshman, he put up 55 receptions for 975 yards and 12 touchdowns. As a sophomore in 2020, his total numbers were lower, but he aveaged 5.6 receptions and 93.9 receiving yards per game.
2021 saw Hudson put up video game numbers. He caught 62 passes for 1242 yards and eight touchdowns. After averaging 20.0 yards per reception and 112.9 yards per game, Hudson transferred to Louisville for his last year of college eligibility. Hudson caught 69 passes for 1034 yards, which were more than double the second-leading receiver's receptions and yards on Louisville. Both receiving marks finished fourth in the ACC for the 2022 season.
