The Pittsburgh Steelers have drafted West Virginia Center Zach Frazier with the 52nd pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.
West Virginia Center Zach Frazier is a four-year starter on the offensive line. He started 9 games at left guard as a freshman then started every game the rest of his career at center. Frazier earned All-Conference honors all 4 years including 3rd-team All-American. Frazier is one of the top centers in the draft.
Frazier has a wrestling background and looks to add some versatility to the Pittsburgh Steelers offensive line as they look to re-commit to the run game. Fellow draftmate Troy Fautanu and Frazier will shore up this offensive line vastly. Whether it’s Russell Wilson or Justin Fields under Frazier’s rump, look for them to be well protected as he will lead the charge for this revamped offensive line. The fantasy value of every player for the Steelers should see a boost as the team was in the bottom for almost every offensive category last season.
