Zay Flowers was a three-star recruit coming out of high school and joined Boston College as a member of their 2019 recruiting class. As a True Freshman, Flowers finished third on the team in both receptions and receiving yards, playing behind future NFL third-round pick Hunter Long and upperclassman wide receiver Kobay White.
The following season, Flowers led the team in receiving yards (892) and receiving touchdowns (9) while still playing alongside Long. Flowers' junior season, he led the team in receptions (44), receiving yards (746), and receiving touchdowns (5). In his 2023 senior season, he surpassed 1000 yards receiving and scored 12 touchdowns. Flowers' productive four-year career (48 games) allowed him finish as the Eagles' all-time leader in receptions (200), receiving yards (3056), and receiving touchdowns (29). He went on to be drafted by the Baltimore Ravens with the 22nd pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. He looks to compete with Odell Beckham, Jr., and Rashod Bateman for targets in a new-look Baltimore offense.
